Terms of use and membership

The full agreement

The Terms cover eligibility, wallets, the Legend Passport, $iGG rewards and payouts, fees, token risks, the Concierge, restrictions, appeals and closure. The operator is LOYALTY TOKEN INC., registered in Panama under Folio No. 155775658. Legal enquiries: legal@iguild.gg.

Season Rules

Network and token contracts, calculation formulas, season dates, payout deadlines, fees and coverage limits are not yet approved. They must be published before participation begins. The current website and member area remain demonstrations.

Leaving and outstanding rewards

The draft provides for a pause or closure without automatically cancelling confirmed rewards. Activity awaiting reconciliation remains subject to the rules in force when it occurred. No further gambling or deposit is required to settle an amount lawfully owed.

Privacy

Planned data use

The full MVP is expected to process wallet and linked-account references, eligible partner activity, rewards, messages and necessary verification data. The final Privacy Notice must identify purposes, legal bases, providers, international transfers, retention periods and rights before collection. This summary is not that complete notice.

Verification and requests

Partner casinos perform their own identity checks. Any additional verification needed by iGuild must be explained before collection through the relevant privacy notice. Do not send private keys or seed phrases. Privacy enquiries: legal@iguild.gg.

Public information

The planned leaderboard publishes a handle, rank and season points. On-chain wallet transactions may expose addresses and transfers even when a dashboard is private. Publication and privacy choices must be explained before participation.

Current website

The current website contains no analytics or advertising trackers. Invitation and support links open Telegram; the website does not collect or submit those messages. Hosting logs and any later integrations must be covered by the final notice.

Affiliate disclosure

How the guild plans to earn

The planned model earns commission from eligible play attributed to affiliate links. That creates a commercial interest in referrals. The proposed 50% allocation concerns confirmed affiliate commission, not deposits or winnings; its calculation and distribution must be defined in the Season Rules before launch.

What money never buys

A place on the checked list. Partners are listed after the guild’s own checks and removed in public when they fail one, whatever they pay.

Responsible play policy

Who may join

Members must be at least 18, meet any higher applicable age requirement and satisfy eligibility and verification rules. The guild does not operate games or accept casino deposits.

Self-exclusion

The full MVP must provide a way to pause or close membership and stop promotion. Exclusion is not automatically synchronised with every casino. Members should also use each partner’s own process; a verified relevant notice received by iGuild must be acted on. Outstanding lawful rewards are not automatically forfeited.

Communication

The guild never uses countdowns, urgency or appeals to recover a loss. Rewards are counted by the season, never by the night.

Licences and jurisdictions

Partner licences

Each partner’s licence, authorised markets and relationship with iGuild must be verified before referral links are activated. A corporate registration is not a gambling or crypto-asset licence, and a partner licence does not automatically authorise every iGuild feature.

Where the guild is not available

The launch policy excludes the United States and participation prohibited by applicable sanctions. Availability elsewhere remains subject to local law and partner restrictions. The applicable sanctions regimes, territorial exclusions and enforcement process must be specified before launch.
